The World Bank-funded Commercial Agriculture Development Support Project (PDAC) in Congo aims to improve farmers’ productivity and market access for producer groups and micro, small and medium-sized agro-industrial enterprises in selected areas, and to provide an immediate and effective response in the event of a crisis or emergency.
The beneficiary groups are made up of:
- Farmers and producer groups active in the targeted areas;
- Micro, small and medium-sized agro-industrial enterprises;
- Women, youth and vulnerable groups (e.g. indigenous peoples, internally displaced persons and those at risk of violent mobilization);
- Agricultural service providers, including public agricultural research services and extension services, international and local NGOs involved in value chains supported by the project.
PDAC asked us to digitize its monitoring and evaluation system with the establishment of a georeferenced database based on the DELTA web platform for monitoring achievements and beneficiary groups.
